I'm planning to go to Namibia next july with my sons - 15 and 20yrs. Their dream. I arrive in Windhoek on july 14th and Leave from Cape town july 27th. Is there a tour like this on theses dates? I would love to stay in accommodation, but I have short budget.

We have a tour from Windhoek to Cape Town - our scheduled departure date closest to your dates is from 22 July to 1 August. We also offer a north bound option starting in Cape Town and ending in Windhoek with a departure on 18 July and ending 28 July.

Would it be possible share some information on how many are currently signed up for this departure, the age range and average age of the other travellers? Also if any solo travellers?

Currently we have 7 clients booked on this tour: 3 clients joining from Swakopmund (travelling together) 30 + 30 + 64 (USA) 2 x female and 1 male. And 4 starting from Cape Town: pairs of 2 (31 + 33 - 1 female and male) and 43 + 30 (UK) both female.

What is the total amount for full trip, all inclusive for two people?

Can you please advise if you refer to the camping or accommodated tour?

How much the single room supplement is, as well as the activity package tour (If not available, the listing of individual activities incl. the prices), how much costs the pick up service to/from the airport? how many of the nights are accommodated respectively camping

When booking the accommodated tour the single supplement is compulsory of ZAR2750. We no longer have the activity package as additional cost - this tour is now all inclusive. In Windhoek the airport transfer rate is ZAR480 per person one way and in Cape Town the rate is ZAR760 per person one way. If you opt to go for the accommodated tour - all your nights will be accommodated.

Do you have any dates for February 2024? Approx. Feb 15 or 16? We are three people over 65, fit and well travelled.

We do not have this tour Southbound in February. We only have it in March.

I would like to know if this tour is already confirmed with enough people to happen. Does the company pick me up at the airport?

The requested date is not available but we have the same tour departing on 2 June or 14 July if flexible. The tour departs at 07h00 in the morning from Heja Game Lodge. We have a set pick up point and do not collect from the airport - client needs to make sure they are at the departure point provided and time provided.

Would it be possible for me to join your currently running tour from Swakopmund to Cape Town till the 29th of May? I am currently in Walvis Bay/Swakopmund and would like to see Sossusvlei, FishRiver Canyon, Namibias South and Capetown.

Could you send me the details about when we would arrive in Capetown and what the price for that half tour would be?

I was booked on to a g adventures 18-39 similar tour through Namibia but it's just been cancelled. I noticed that this tour is age 6-60 something. I just wondered if you would be able to confirm that there also some people of a similar age (28) that would also be on the tour! Im a solo traveller. Anyone between around 20 and 40 is great!!

Just keep in mind this will be a German departure meaning the tour is conducted in English but there will be a German translator on the truck so most clients might be German. I have a 5 April departure from Cape Town and the ages I have on this tour is a nice mix between young and old (more younger than older currently).
