    As a travel company we do not offer visa processing but you can of course use your proof of trip booking and receipt of purchase in that process

  I want to ask about this tour we had 2 adult and 2 chilled and one infants so please provide us with cost for chilled and infants and i want to know if you send us invitation later for embassy after i confirm the booking?

    In order to provide the quote we need to know the ages of each child, including the infant. As well, what type of accommodations pacakge, hostel, 3-star hotel, 4-star hotel, etc.? Unfortunately as an agency we do not provide tourist invitation letters or visa processing. We do of course send proof of booking and payment however so you would be able to use that when you apply to the relevant embassy or consulate.

    Since this is a family of 5 we would need to arrange either 2 rooms next to each other, OR an apartment style room. There aren't any 3 or 4 star hotels that offer rooms with 4-5 beds in the center. Also, normally this trip includes a historic walking tour, a boat cruise as well as a day ticket to the thermal baths in Budapest. Will these be suitable for the small children (especially the walking tour)?

    We as the tour operator do not process visa applications or work any embassies or consulates directly. We of course can provide documentation that the client is booked and paid and that can be used for the application.

  Is it possible to have one night pre booking accommodation from the 10. To the 11.7. ? Is accommodation at the same Hotel for 4 nights ? I'm asking as we don't want to have to pack the luggage everyday and have to drag it around. I will be 72 and my wife 68 is the Budapest tour okay for this age group as I think you stated age upto 65 ? Is this a full on expirience or sort of middle to easy pace?

    For the suggested ages on our trips that's just used a guideline and all ages are welcome. The trip has a walking tour that lasts approx. 2.5 hours so as long as you're ok walking on your feet for a few hours and enjoy being around others during a tour then you'll be just fine and really enjoy yourselves. And beyond the walking tour you have a Danube river cruise and thermal bath visit so the pace of the trip is quite relaxed and you have plenty of free (and independent) time.

    We just you to confirm that the Hotel staff will move the luggage from reception to the room as we are not supposed to do any heavy lifting.

    For the extra night the price would be 130 Euro. This is the standard 3-star hotel package. There is a nicer 4-star package available if you'd be interested in upgrading. Would be a supplement of 99 Euro per person for the full weekend.

  Are tourists or travelers from Africa welcomed to join this tour. What shows that this is accredited and won't be rejected upon submission for a visa? Would I get any legal documents to that effect?

    We don't provide visa processing or assistance but when you book a trip you are of course provided with a receipt of purchase and trip and travel plan confirmation. Depending on what documents are required, this can be used as part of your application. But we can't guarantee or confirm visa acceptance as that is not in our control nor what we provide or offer as a service.

    Cancellations, Refunds and Changes: If you want to cancel your booking, a written request must be sent to Euroadventures via email. Refunds will only be granted with a written request sent to Euroadventures via email and must meet the criteria listed below. Trips with a duration of 3 nights or less: 21+ calendar days or more notice to that trip's departure, 100% of funds paid are eligible for refund. 15-20 calendar days notice to that trip's departure, 50% of funds paid are eligible for refund. 14 calendar days or less notice to that trip's departure, no refund will be granted.

  I want to know if you issue visa support letters to enable my wife and kid secure visas
