    Thank you for taking the time to review your trip & experience. It needs to be pointed out however that you booked a trip and product to Prague and everything you paid for (and was in the product/trip description) was delivered and you received. You did not get "screwed" in any way and you received absolutely everything you paid for which was a weekend trip in Prague with accommodations, tours & activities (and yes, the tours you went on that we booked and paid for were with other tourists/travelers and they were not "free"). There were others on the same trip you were on that upgraded to a 4-star hotel, and you opted for the base hostel dorm package (which many do). You were in a hostel dorm, and a very social hostel, with other travelers you could have made friends with. You complained however that we should have given you also a free upgrade to the same hotel where the others were, and paid extra for. You also complained that we didn't match you up with them during the trip. We informed you that this was a group of friends (all females) who booked an upgraded private room and thus were content to be on their own. They were not interested in hanging out with a single male traveler and there was no need to force that upon them. They booked the same Prague trip as you did, and received everything you did which is a full weekend experience in a fantastic destination. We sell trips and experiences, not a match making or friendship service.

    Is this tour also suitable for families with children (8 and 11 years old)? We would then not go with the group to the pub, but all other activities seem to be fine. In case this is OK, does the hotel also have more options for a family room?

      It would be possible to bring your children on the trip and we can offer you a special family room (queen bed, and then sofa bed for the kids) at a 4-star hotel with a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool (I'm sure the kids would love that).

      In place of the beer experience, we could offer an evening tour about the ghosts of Prague. It's a fun one for kids who like tales and stories of the ghosts, legends, dungeons, etc.

      For the 3-star hotel single room supplement it would be a 90 Euro per night supplement son270 Euro total. That includes the breakfast too. Hotels, especially good ones in the center are pricey in the summer time for private single rooms so that reflects the price. Let us know if you have any questions and of course if you want to confirm.

      Yes we do still have availability for the Prague weekend. And there is available parking in the secure garage. That can be arranged and in local currency its approx. 22 Euro per day. Its a fantastic time to com visit Prague with the incredible Christmas markets around the city

      Depending on the time you book (as in availability) we typically stay at 3 star properties like Ibis Wenceslas Square, Hotel Ankora, Brien, Ibis Old Town or other similar properties. All very centrally located. And currently there is a small group so its a comfortable size and also a pretty independent trip with the chance to meet people on the tours but also plenty of free time. As well, for a small upgrade fee its possible to upgrade to a nicer 4-star property with amenities like gym, sauna and swimming pool

    We are interested in a 4-star hotel comparable or better than Corinthia Hotel Prague which Vikings offers. Please include a visit to the Church of Our Lady Victorious. We would like to see more of Prague, please suggest more places to see. The approx age of the group is 65 - 75 (active).

      Normally we include a walking tour of Prague's old town, a Vltava River scenic cruise (1 hour) and a tour of Prague castle. That allow you to see the main sights but also gives you plenty of free time to explore the city on your own as well.

      Entrance fee to Prague Castle is included. The entrance fees that would be extra would be things like going up in the city hall tower, Charles Bridge tower, and museums. The town hall museum and tower for example is 250 CZK which is just under $10

      To upgrade to a single room (3-star hotel in the center) with a great buffet breakfast each morning would be 105 Euro. This would be the private room just for you and with private bathroom and shower as well in the room. If you'd like to upgrade then go ahead and book the standard trip first and then we would separately send you an upgrade link.
