    To know details of the circuits for the year 2025, we could know it in the month of November 2024. Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

    Unfortunately, due to liability, we are prevented from giving any kind of immigration assistance. We can send you a support letter to help you with your visa process. This letter will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed and you have attached a copy of your passports. We suggest that you contact your local Foreign Office for adequate instructions on sorting out your visas and other immigration requirements. Our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure.

    You mentioned about the date i chosen to depart is not guarantee, so what will happens if i book this trip with that date and if the date is not guarantee? And the second question is, let's say i book this trip and i got a support letter from the tour operator for my visas and if unfortunately i did't my visas and i won't able to leave for this trip, then what is the refund policies of this booking?

    This is a popular tour and unless you encounter unforeseen circumstances there will be no cancellation. You will be notified in advance if the tour is cancelled. However, for your peace of mind, in the last year, we haven't had any cancellation of any of our tours. Only small modifications to guarantee the tour.

    In case you do not get your visa, we must apply the corresponding penalty. Penalty 1: 31 days or more: Euro 100. From 30 to 11 days before departure: Euro 100 + 10 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked). From 10 to 01 days before departure: Euro 100 + 25 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked). No show: 100 % of booking cost (tour and any extra services booked). Penalty 2 (Applied in tours including cruises, domestic flight incorporated, tours for private groups and the tours in Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Oceania): 31 days or more: Euro 100. 30/21 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 10% of booking cost. 20/11 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 20% of booking cost. 10/3 days before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 30% of booking cost. During the 48 hours before the circuit starts: 100 euro + 50% of booking cost. No Show 100%. Penalty 3: In some cases, like tours including cruises, or tours to Kenia, Tanzania, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand or the ones fixated directly on your itinerary, an additional 20% penalty will apply on top of Penalty 2. No shows at the start of the trip, without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure, which will be examined on a case by case basis). In the event that the cancellation prior to the trip is produced by justified and demonstrable force majeure, only the costs of processing and services that cannot be cancelled will be charged.

  I want to ask about this optional service which are mentioned in the itinerary, Ticket admission: Coliseum of Rome in ROME, Saint Mark´s Basilica and Murano Glass Factory in Venice in VENICE. We are interested in going to Coliseum, but in our Rome itinerary I cannot find it. So I want to ask why it's mentioned in optional services section and if possible when we can visit the Coliseum. Is there any support provided by the tour?

    Day 2 ROME
    08.30 hrs. - In the morning, we have the city tour, which will be a great introduction to "The Eternal city". We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal center of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter's Basilica. We continue visiting the Imperial Forums (entrance included), an impressive architectural ensemble formed by buildings and monumental squares, center of the political activity of the moment.
    
    18.30 hrs. - In the evening we provide a transfer to Trastevere area. A stroll in the narrow cobbled streets of the Trastevere district reveals hidden treasures to us, such as some modest medieval churches, small shops with the most peculiar objects or scenes of daily life. Many trattorias (informal Italian eating establishments) and osterias (inns) imbued with the Italian spirit will be ready to serve you local dishes. Other restaurants serving Indian, Chinese and international food can be found in this area.
    
    20.30 hrs. - Return to the hotel.

    We'll reach around 2 pm at hotel on 2nd June, and after freshen up we wanted to visit colosseum on our own, so is it okay if we directly meet you at the Via Cavour area in the evening? Then we will use the return shuttle provided by you to come back to hotel at night from Via Cavour area. Please let us know if it is a good idea.
