Among the 3 possible july departure dates (6, 13 or 20), which one is the most popular, and before which date should I better book, to avoid sell out?

July is a very popular time to go to Bali, it's right in the middle of peak season. Therefore, realistically all of these dates will probably sell out in time, so there isn't technically a "more popular" date as such. I would recommend booking sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. January is arguably the busiest month of the year for bookings with sales going on and everyone planning their summer getaways. You'll find the best prices and best availability if you book this month for example.

Is it possible to book a hotel stay instead of the boat?

Unfortunately all of our tours have a fixed itinerary. Should you want to miss out on any activities then it would be entirely your choice to make.

Why is the age range only up to 39 years old?

We allow up customers with a maximum age of 45 years old on this trip.

Is this trip good for active seniors 70+ years. We walk a lot and go three day of the week to the Gym for Yoga, Pilates and ABS. We would be interested in this trip.

The itinerary was great, the people were lovely and it was so nice to meet people in a similar boat to me so far away from home. Despite it being rainy season we were still able to do all the activities in the itinerary and more. There’s so much included and the opportunity to do great additional activities too. Consistently organising meals out with the whole group which think grew us closer, to sorting any small query or issue needed seemlessly, the amount of work Ibing did which he made go somewhat unnoticed as was always there making sure everyone was having a good time was amazing. Honestly felt like made a friend rather than having a tour guide. Do feel this trip would still been good but no where near as good as it was without Ibing. Any issue I feel anyone had would have been due to something out of his control. Every bit of praise given is well deserved. Show more

The waterfalls, sunrise hike and swimming with the manta rays were all surreal experiences I’ll remember forever. The level that he operates at is the high standard I would expect across all tours. He is very well organised, a good communicator using bus time, before dinner time and WhatsApp to ensure everyone is clear on what’s happening. He is always willing to repeat instructions for those who were not listening. He has a wealth of knowledge of his country and is always willing to share this. He has an infectious warm, friendly and bubbly energy come rain or shine. He listens tentatively to everyone making sure everyone is having a great time and is always willing to change/tweak our plans to make sure everyone is happy. He lives and breathes the trufam ethos everyday, which honestly made the trip so special. I will always cherish and remember my time in Indonesia and this wouldn’t be the case if it wasn’t for IBing. - For any tour departing before June 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of $280 is required to confirm your booking with TruTravels. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
