  For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, the charges are not levied by THREELAND TRAVEL but hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation. The general Cancelation policy shall be: Land Tour: From Cut-off date to 7 days prior to arrival: 30% of full charge. 6 days to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of full charge. 72hrs to 24hrs prior to arrival: 75% of full charge. For no-show, 100% of full charge.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Threeland Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 25 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Threeland Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
