Asked on November 19th, 2025Can we be dropped at Heathrow airport on September 4th and what time?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written November 2025Unfortunately, we don't offer airport transfers or drop offs. The tour will return to the same location where it started. We are not able to offer alternative drop off points due to logistical reasons.

Asked on September 29th, 2025Is the cog wheel train part of the trip to Snowdomia?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written September 2025A train journey is not part of this tour. On Day 2, the tour will drive through the mountainous Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, with various stops along the way, before reaching Harlech for the lunch stop and a visit to the castle.

Asked on September 12th, 2025Do you ever waive the solo fee?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written September 2025I'm afraid we are not able to waive our single supplement fee. If you are booking this tour as a solo passenger, you will need to pay the extra fee. This is normally because Hotels charge extra for single rooms.

Nicholas
Traveler•Written September 2025That is almost $100 a day. That is excessive. Do you have any discounts that can apply? I booked several single day tours while in Scotland so I have used you before. Being penalized for being a widow is unfair.
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written September 2025The solo supplement comes from the accommodation, as it is always more expensive to get a single room than to get a room of multiple occupancy. There are no discounts available at this time.

Asked on July 16th, 2025I have been waiting to book this trip for May 2026. I was told you would have dates open in June. When will they be open?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written July 2025We have not yet released our tour schedule for 2026. We are hoping to have this done in the next few weeks so please check back with us around then for an update.

Asked on July 3rd, 2025Do you have an option that guarantees a hotel instead of B&B? If so, are the hotels certain to have elevators? Are they certain to be more central in the towns visited in this itinerary and closer to restaurants and features of the towns?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written July 2025For all our tours, you have the option of choosing Hotel or B&B for your accommodation. You can request things like ground floor rooms or properties with elevators, however please note we can't guarantee this as there aren't a lot of options in some of the towns we stay in. All the accommodation we book for you would be in the centre of the town, meaning your driver-guide can pick you up and drop you off on each day of the tour. You will also be within walking distance of bars and restaurants to go to in the evenings.

Traveler•Written July 2025Can you give me an idea of the names of B&B and hotels that you commonly use on this itinerary?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written July 2025This tour stays 2 nights in Aberystwyth and 2 nights in Tenby. We have a number of different accommodation suppliers in each location and we book for you depending on availability and price. We are not able to guarantee you a certain accommodation, it depends on what is available on your chosen dates, as well as the price set by the Hotel.

Asked on July 1st, 2025I would like to find out when you will have dates for May 2026. I am wanting to book the Wales 5 day tour. I would like to know the pricing and if there are any discounts. I will be traveling solo.
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written July 2025I'm afraid we have not yet released our 2025 tour programme, so we are unable to confirm this at the moment. We are hoping to have this published in a few weeks so please contact us then for an update.

Asked on May 12th, 2025Can you clarify for 9/13-17 about the different itinerary/map between Discover Wales direct site and Tourradar
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written May 2025Can you clarify the difference that you are seeing? Is there a place in particular you are hoping to visit? The maps don't show the roads used as they jump from one location to another, they can look a bit different because of that.

Asked on April 29th, 2025I just wanted to double check my bag will be acceptable for this tour. Lengthwise it's slightly over your approximate dimensions however the remainder of the measurements fit the requirements. My bag is 60cm x 42cm x 27.5cm
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written April 2025Do you know how much your bag weighs? The size is less important than the weight for our tours, so if your bags are this size but still under the weight limit of 20kgs or 44lbs per person this will be fine.
- A
Adam
Traveler•Written April 2025Yes I believe I would struggle to get that bag to weigh that match. Last time I had it fully packed it was 16kg.
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written April 2025Perfect, this should be no problem for the tour then!

Traveler•Written April 2025Can you tell me what time we arrive at St Fagans and if possible to be picked up at Burton on the Water or close by on the way to wales?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written April 2025On day one of this tour, we visit Burford between 11:15am and 12pm. If you wanted to meet the tour in Burford, we should be able to arrange this. On the final day of the tour, we stop in St Fagans between 11am and 1pm. You are welcome to leave the tour here and make your own way to the airport. Alternatively, you can also leave later in the day at Castle Combe around 3:30pm.

Asked on April 4th, 2025Is it possible to leave the tour before returning to London?
Rabbie's ToursOperator•Written April 2025Yes you are able to leave this tour before we return to London. On the final day you will be in Tenby in Wales so you are welcome to depart there. Please note you will need to make your own way from there back to London to catch your Eurostar in the evening. The easiest way to make this journey would be via train, you will need to change at Swansea and from there get a train to London and the journey takes around 4.5 hours. We are able to advise you how to make this journey but you will need to book the trains yourself. We will not be able to alter the tour price if you decide to leave a day early.
