  How many meals are included in this price? What time (roughly) does the tour end in London?

    Breakfast is included in the accommodation package. However, please note that no other meals are included.
    
    You'll be able to have a quick lunch during the tour, and dinner is usually booked by you in the overnight locations.
    
    The tour is scheduled to return into London at approximately 7pm on the last day.

  I am interested in the 5 day England, Wales York trip but I have only two days that I am able to do this due to other commitments in England. I would be able to depart June 1 or May 31. Do you ever vary the the dates from those published?

    The 5-Day Heart of England, Wales & Yorkshire tour departs at 09:15 from Stance 3 at the Greenline Coach Station, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London. If your flight arrives on time at Heathrow, you should be able to reach the departure point in about 1 hour, assuming no delays. Currently, Google Maps estimates 47 minutes by car, 58 minutes by public transport.

  We wonder how long does the tour stop at Chatsworth House. I'd like to take the house tour but my companion would like to focus on all the gardens. Is there time to do both?

    The tour will visit Chatsworth House for approximately 3 hours. The driver-guide will handle the reservations, so please let them know that you want to visit, so they can arrange the tickets in advance.

    Yes if you book this tour package, we will book the accommodation for you. This is also incorporated into the tour cost. The tour cost also includes entrance admission for Conwy Castle. This is the only attraction that can be prebooked as part of this tour. There may be other locations you visit on the tour that you need to prepay for, however these can be purchased on the day and cost less than £10. The accommodation provides breakfast on each morning, however all other meals need to be purchased by you.

    The cost of this tour depends on the type of accommodation. We don't offer any 4 person rooms on our tours, and the children are unable to stay by themselves in a room. Can I ask how old the children are? The rate for an adult in B&B accommodation would be £903.63 per person, and the child's rate would be £874.25 per person. For the Hotel accommodation option, the adult rate is £1045.63 per person and the child rate is £1016.25 per person.

And what are accommodations from B&B to hotel and how does the group stay together if in different accommodations.     You can choose a hotel package or a B&B if you prefer. We try to keep people with the same accommodation preferences together but this is not always possible due to availability. Hotels tend to be a bit more central, but you'll have plenty of time to explore the towns where the tour stays overnight as the driver-guide will aim to drop you off in the evening at approximately 6pm.

    If you book this package through Tourradar, all your accommodation and attractions are included as part of the cost. There may be some entrance fees that we can't prebook, in which case you can pay on the door when you arrive. For the B&B option, a single room would cost £1045.63 per person and the double/twin room option is £903.63 per person. The Hotel option is slightly more expensive, a total of £1303.63 per person for the single room option, and £1045.63 for the double/twin option. These prices are based on an August or September departure for 2025. The 2026 rates may differ slightly. We normally announce of 2026 schedule and prices by the end of the Summer, so please check back with us then for an update.

    What is the cost breakdown for the tour ; I'm confused that when I clicked on " Confirm Dates " there is cost refering to accommodation which are different to the listed Tour price of $ 1850 /adult ; can you please clarify what are the tour costs before we book which we are keen to do today

    This tour departs from the Greenline Coach Terminal on Bulleid Way in Victoria, London, SW1W 9SH. If you just put 'Bulleid Way' into Maps on your phone this will take you straight there. We are available on the phone on the morning of your tour if you need any further directions. I would recommend doing a bit of research in how to find the departure point prior to your tour departure to avoid any stress on the day. For the B&B Double/Twin room option in August 2025, the price would be £903.63 per person, so £1807.26 in total for 2 passengers. The Hotel option is slightly more expensive, £1045.63 per person for the Double/Twin room option, so £2091.26 in total for 2 pax. There is a single supplement so single rooms are more expensive.
