We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future travelers. Regarding the group tour, due to an unusually high number of cancellations caused by the conflict in the Middle East, you were the only traveler confirmed on your departure date. We informed you in advance because we believe in being transparent with our guests. We did **not** ask you to cancel your booking. Instead, we offered the option of upgrading to a private tour with a supplement, as operating a group tour for a single traveler is not financially sustainable. After you contacted TourRadar, we honored your original booking and provided you with a **private tour at no additional charge**, even though you had booked a small group tour. We did this to ensure your holiday could continue as planned. Regarding the additional costs, these were **clearly stated before your booking and again before your arrival**. The tour description, quotation, and confirmation all specify that **entrance fees and activity fees are not included** in the tour price. The "What's Included" and "What's Not Included" sections clearly explain this. We also provided a detailed list of entrance fees in advance and offered you the option of prepaying them before arrival for your convenience. Therefore, these costs were never hidden or added unexpectedly during your trip. We would also like to note that during your tour, you did not inform us of any concerns regarding your guide, hotels, or itinerary. Had you contacted our operations team while you were traveling, we would have done our very best to address any issues immediately and find suitable solutions. Receiving this feedback more than a month after the tour had concluded meant that we no longer had the opportunity to resolve your concerns during your holiday. Similarly, the inclusions regarding accommodation and meals were exactly as advertised. The itinerary clearly states that the tour includes **3- and 4-star hotels, daily breakfast, and three dinners**. These services were provided exactly as described. Your tour price was approximately **€100 per day**, covering accommodation, breakfast, private transportation, and a dedicated driver-guide for **14 days**—despite the tour operating as a private tour instead of the shared group tour you had originally booked. We also note your comments regarding your guide and accommodations. We appreciate this feedback and will review it internally with our operations team and hotel partners. Guest feedback is important to us, and we continuously work to improve our services. We respect that every traveler has different expectations, but we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect what was booked and what was included. We are disappointed that several aspects of your review criticize items that were clearly disclosed before your trip and provided exactly as advertised.
