  We had an incredible time on our tour with Mango Vacations! From the start, everything was seamless, and we saw so much of Sri Lanka, while also meeting some truly lovely people. Our guide, Hasanka, was fantastic—he was incredibly helpful and had great knowledge of all the places we visited. Due to the terrible flooding, he had to adjust our itinerary, but he went above and beyond to ensure everything was smoothly arranged. I really felt like we experienced the true essence of Sri Lanka. The hotels were fantastic, each one offering something special, and I loved the variety! My only suggestion would be to clarify on the booking site what’s not included in the tour and provide an idea of additional costs. This would help with planning how much rupees to exchange at the airport before arrival. Overall, it was a wonderful, all-inclusive tour, and I would absolutely book with Mango Vacations again!Show more

  My friend and I have just had the most incredible 12 days travelling around Sri Lanka, and this experience was made truly unforgettable by our tour guide, Hasanka. He was kind, caring, knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely so much fun to be around. Despite the devastating floods and everything the country was going through at the time, the tour still went ahead. We were reassured and encouraged to continue, and Hassanka made sure to adapt the itinerary where needed so that we could still see and do so many amazing things. He communicated all changes clearly and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. Sri Lanka is an amazing country with the most friendly and beautiful people. Even after everything they have recently been through, everyone was so welcoming and warm. I would 150% recommend Mango Vacations and would definitely love to return one day to see all the incredible things we didn’t have time for on this trip.   Best way to see Sri Lanka! We saw so many places and had the best tour guide. Driving on our own would have been stressful. Our driver did a great job and we felt very safe in traffic. Tour guide was so accommodating if we wanted to stop somewhere or change our daily schedule! Highly recommend!Show more

  We were a group 6 people with different abilities and ages. We had a driver and guide who both did an amazing job of assisting and adjusting our trip to accommodate our different needs and abilities. It would be better if the vans were equipped with a microphone so we could have gotten more information about the areas were passing through. There were some last minute changes to the itinerary that were super well communicated by the tour company, but that being said the guide was still receptive when we asked to do something else. We also felt like it would be even better if the days were planned to avoid too much activity in the middle of the day when the sun is strongest. Overall we had an amazing trip and are looking forward to coming back one day!Show more

  We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation four days into our Sri Lanka trip of needing to organise a driver. Mango Vacations organised a 14 day trip, starting in Weligama and ending in Colombo for us within 12 hours and it could not have turned out any better. Their communication from the start was warm and professional, they sent a representative on our first day to introduce us to our driver Pavithra. We cannot thank Pavithra enough for how incredible he has been throughout our journey in Sri Lanka, from the moment he picked us up he has gone above and beyond to make our trip so memorable and special. Always punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going he made getting from place to place a seemless experience. He also organised some excellent experiences; particularly Polonarawu, Pidgeon island NP, Yala & Minneriya NP (would definitely recommend using Mango Vacations preferred suppliers for these experiences) and was always ready to answer our questions about specific places. It is also definetly worth noting Pavithra's helping my partner plan a proposal, suggesting a location and assisting us to get there and taking some very special photos (we have been asked if they have been taken by a professional photographer).   Our trip around Sri Lanka's countryside, historical centre and coastline was incredibly diverse, entertaining and enriching for our entire family. However, what really made our holiday so special was our driver and guide Vishwa, who went above and beyond in making the tour as comfortable, uncomplicated and enjoyable as possible. Without his knowledge and passion for showing us what Sri Lanka has to offer, we certainly would not have seen nearly half as many places. As cliché as this sounds, after 2 weeks of travelling around together, Vishwa truly became a good friend, as we got to know each other better and he would always be down to join our activities and dinners. He is a great driver but even better person, extremely caring and fun to be around. If you find yourself looking for a tour around Sri Lanka, I could not recommend Vishwa enough, you won't regret choosing him.Show more
