We completely agree that spending additional days in destinations such as El Calafate and Ushuaia allows for a more complete and relaxed experience. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly the accommodation in Buenos Aires and the structure of the tour groups. Please allow us to clarify that this itinerary is designed as a semi-independent tour, where services such as transfers and excursions are shared, but travelers may not necessarily remain with the same group throughout the journey. We understand that this may not have been fully clear, and we will work to communicate this more explicitly moving forward. Regarding the accommodation, we are sorry to hear that the final hotel did not meet your expectations. We always strive to select properties that offer a good balance between comfort and value; however, we completely understand that preferences may vary. As you mentioned, we do offer the possibility to upgrade accommodations, and we would have been more than happy to arrange a higher-category option had we known your preference in advance.
