Regarding the group size: our tours are designed to accommodate between 2 and 50 passengers. This is clearly stated in our terms. When demand on a specific set of dates does not generate a full group, we honor our commitment and operate the tour regardless — because we believe that a confirmed booking is a promise, not a suggestion. Traveling with a smaller group, or privately, is in fact a premium experience that many of our guests specifically seek out. Regarding the São Paulo city tour: our guide provided a private tour — a service that carries an additional cost which our company absorbed entirely, without passing it on to you. We are sorry this was not communicated more clearly, as we feel it reflects our genuine commitment to delivering value even beyond what is contractually required. Regarding our team: our customer service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because we are committed to round-the-clock support, our team works in shifts — which means that over the course of a multi-city trip, a traveler may interact with more than one representative. This is not a lack of continuity; it is how we ensure that someone is always available, at any hour, in any time zone. Regarding transportation and logistics: our records show that all airport transfers and pickup details were communicated within the agreed timeframes. We regret that the experience did not feel seamless from your end, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure that information reaches our guests even more proactively in the future. Regarding the hotels: we acknowledge that the initial hotel selections did not meet your expectations, and we acted on your feedback promptly by arranging alternative accommodations. We are glad we were able to resolve this during your trip, and we have since reviewed our hotel partners in both cities. We are genuinely sorry that your overall experience did not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to.
