How much can I earn?
Submit a request between May 1 and July 30, 2026, and earn double commission, an average of $350 per seat. The exact rate depends on the operator’s group level.
The trip has to depart by March 31, 2027.What is the minimum group size?
The average minimum is 8 paying customers (12 for Japan & Iceland), varying by tour and operator. Your host seat is complimentary once the minimum is confirmed.
What if my trip doesn’t fill?
You can decide between 90 and 45 days before departure. If the trip doesn’t proceed, all payments are fully refunded to every customer.
How does traveling for free work?
Once the minimum group size is reached and confirmed, your host seat is complimentary. No upfront cost to you. Learn more.
Can I choose any destination?
Yes, host in any available destination. Some have higher minimums, e.g., 12 paying customers for Japan & Iceland.
Who handles bookings and payments?
TourRadar manages all bookings, payments, and customer support. You focus on bringing the group, we handle the rest.
