I'm interested in this tour. I couldn't find a way to contact direct from your website. On your website the cost doesn't currently include accommodation so I wanted to find out for 2 adults (one is senior) for a TWIN room - what would be the total tour cost including accommodation? I also wondered if we need to pay separately for any attractions? And if travelling to Isle of Staffa, will we have opportunity to see Puffins?

When booking through TourRadar, the booking will include the cost of accommodation. You should be able to view pricing on the TourRadar website - the price does vary depending on the month you travel. For April, you are looking at £932 per person for a twin room (B&B package). There aren't any attractions included in this tour, these would be paid for on the day directly to the supplier. You do have the option for a boat tour to Staffa on Day 2 (which is around £45 per person). Puffins do nest on Staffa, typically between May-August. It can be a possibility to see them in April, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you would get to see them, as it will depend on their nesting habits at that time.

How many individuals are on the van/bus?

Our buses are 16-seaters, so this is the maximum amount of people you will be travelling with. We have guaranteed departures, so even if the tour is not full we still run it.

What is the luggage allowance on the tour?

The luggage allowance is 20kg per person. This includes one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag and a small bag for personal items onboard.

What are the accommodation options during the tour?

The tour provides options for either a B&B or hotel accommodation which both include breakfast. You will need to cover the cost of other meals and any entry fees to attractions.

I am a senior and will be traveling alone. How does this affect cost?

The cost of the tour will vary depending on the month you travel. The cost can be found on the TourRadar page when you check for availability. As a solo traveller, a single supplement will be automatically applied as you proceed through the booking on TourRadar. If you have any specific travel dates in mind, I would be happy to check the cost for you as well.

Does the price include Accommodations. If so, can you have three adults in one room

The price does indeed include accommodation. You can request three adults in one room however it all depends on the availability of our suppliers because a "family" room which allows three people in one room is quite rare. If we can then great but if not it'll be 1x single and 1x double or twin room.

Are twin beds available in a room for two persons?

Twin rooms are indeed available. You should be able to select a twin room option when you book the tour; this is a room with two single beds.

I want to get insurance for this trip...can you help?

Do you stop at the Glenfinnan viaduct between Fort William and Plockton/Balmacara? Is it possible to add on another of your tours to the end of this one, the 3-Day Lewis, Harris and the Outer Hebrides Small Group Tour from Inverness?

A visit to the Glenfinnan Viaduct is not included in the itinerary for this tour. We do go past the area but there is not a stop there. The only tour we have that visits Glenfinnan is our 4-day Ile of Skye & West Highlands tour. We are unable to combine these 2 tours as part of your package, but you are able to just book it separately if the dates match up.

Prior to the trip my questions were answered fully in a timely manner. From the moment I meant Gillian, our tour guide, her enthusiasm and professionalism was apparent. Gill made our trip really special. The weather and scenery were spectacular, but it was all of the special attention that Gill brought that made our trip truly memorable. Her knowledge of the geology, history, and culture of the area which she shared while driving down incredibly narrow winding roads brought a depth to our experience in the moment. Gill was intimately familiar with the itnerary and added special stops for viewing and photography that guaranteed we would take home a special feeling for Scotland in our hearts. She even made a special side trip to view the bridge over Glenfinnan Pass, at the request of a Harry Potter fan and seconded by all in the group, to see the setting for the Hogwart Express! There are no pre-bookable attractions on this tour. However, the optional, non pre-bookable attractions for the 5 day Iona, Mull and the Isle of Skye tour include: - Entrance to Iona Abbey - £10.50 per person - A boat tour to the Isle of Staffa - £40 per person - Eilean Donan Castle - £12 per person

On return to Edinburgh on Thursday evening you will be able to catch a train from Edinburgh Waverley train station to Glasgow Queen Street. We do not provide a transfer option between cities as public transport is pretty good between these 2 cities.
