I am looking at booking your Orkney and Scotland's Northern Coast small group tour through Tour Radar for Sept 16, 2026. On my phone it says you are the operator, on my iPad it says Click Tours is the operator. Can you please confirm that if I book on my phone, it will be your tour?

Many different providers offer tours similar to ours, but I can confirm that this one is Rabbie's the operator.

Can you check to see if the booking is confirmed? We booked yesterday and haven't received information nor a booking number. We applied the deposit required.

Please bear with us, as we are based in the UK, and we process bookings manually. I can see that the booking is in our system. You should have received confirmation. If you haven't please get in touch signing in to your account.

Will you be stopping by any castles on the Edinburgh to Orkney 5 day tour?

For the 5-Day Orkney & Scotland's Northern Coast tour. There isn't an official allocated stop for you to see any castles however, there my be the opportunity to stop for a quick photo at Dunrobin Castle on day 2 and at Ardvreck castle on day 4 of the tour.

What happens in the event of cancellations if I am booking your tour through Tour Hub?

We don't cancel our tours due to low numbers, and only rarely do so because of bad weather. In those cases (such as when there are government weather warnings), it would be due to safety concerns, ferry cancellations and power-cuts. Although it is very unlikely, we recommend passengers do have travel insurance for this reason.

Do we see/stop at Correshalloch Gorge and Smoo Cave?

Yes, you'll visit Smoo Cave on Day 4 and Correshalloch Gorge on Day 5.

What is the single supplement for this trip & does that guarantee me a window seat on the coach?

The single supplement when booking a Rabbie's tour through Tourradar related to the price of your accommodation. When passengers have their own room, it is a little bit more expensive than when you share a room with another room. Seats are not allocated on our buses, so it is on a first come, first served basis.

Will this tour be available in June 2026 as I noted the dates only go up to March 2026. When will the late spring early summer dates be available to book?

We are still in the process of uploading our full 2026 schedule, so this tour is not able to be booked yet. This is a very popular tour, so it will definitely be running. We are hoping to have our rates uploaded in the next few weeks so please check back with us then for an update.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
