They took $14K from my friend and I for their tour of Egypt, Israel and Jordan. When we cancelled at the time of the terrorist attack and now ongoing war, the refused to give us a refund or travel credit of any kind. They did not return emails or phone calls and refused to work with our travel agent. After over a year of attempts to work with them, my friend and I have nothing!!! It is simply reprehensible.
