My sister booked a tour for herself plus me and a friend to go on a 6-day "Christian Classics" tour in Israel. We travelled from 3/30 - 4/8 2022 with tour dates on 4/2 - 4/7. There were numerous negative experiences that occurred with TourRadar prior to and during our trip with poor communication being the largest factor of each/every issue. 1. Our itinerary/hotel was changed three times prior to our arrival in Israel. 2. We were told that breakfast is included at the hotel. The hotel did NOT provide breakfast let alone have any accommodations to do so. Upon letting TourRadar know this information, they had no idea. They did not even have actual knowledge of the hotel that they arranged for us. 3. The person who was arranged to pick us up from the airport when we landed in Israel contacted us (just as he thought we were about to land in Israel) to let us know where he would be waiting for us outside the airport. However, we were only just boarding our first flight and would not be in Israel until the following day. (He had us arriving a day prior to our actual arrival) Because of this, a different driver had to be arranged to pick us up the following day. 4. TourRadar provided us a daily itinerary that told us the time and location to be at each morning where we would be collected by a tour bus driver. Our departure time for each day was noted as 7:30 - 7:55am, however, on our 5th tour day, we received a phone call at 6:00am from a tour guide asking us where we were and why we weren't at our pick-up spot. We then learned that the departure time for that particular day (and the following day) was 5:40am. This particular day was the highlight of the entire trip and we were in a serious frantic mode to which the driver said we had ten minutes to be to our pick-up spot. We had no time to get ready, no time to do anything but get to the location! This was very upsetting! When we were picked up, we provided the itinerary we received from TourRadar and were told that the information provided was not accurate; this is when we learned the following day's schedule was incorrect as well. 5. Our party arranged and pre-paid for five lunches. Every day we had to bring this up as we were being told how much to pay if we wanted to eat lunch. In the end, we only received four lunches (after confirming each day that we already pre-paid). We did get reimbursed after the trip for the 5th lunch, however, it was still a disconnect and poor experience. Additionally, we were initially told that lunch was NOT included in the tours, however, it was not explained that we would be taken to lunch spots or restaurants that we could make our own purchase. The lack of communication led us to believe that if we did not pre-pay, we would not have the opportunity to have lunch. 6. Communication via the booking portal is lacking and there were so many things that could/should have been explained ahead of time, prior to our arrival at our destination. 7. Transportation issues and miscommunications - our itinerary stated we would have transportation EVERY day that we were on tours. One of the days the tour ended mid-afternoon and the guide stated he would just get us a taxi to take us back to our hotel or wherever we wanted to go (at our cost). Tour guides and drivers are completely separate and are not in communication with the booking agency.Show more

My wife and I waited for this tour for about a year. This was our first time to Israel and maybe once in a life-time event. We booked our trip trough Tour Radar and were assigned to Ben Harim Tourism. We had a blast of fun. Although every day of our six-day tour we were assigned a different guide they all consistently went above and beyond our expectation to ensure our safety and satisfaction. They provided transportation from and back to our hotel. Our tour guides particularly Eyal and Yael where particularly knowledgeable of the local customs and traditions and planned our trips accordingly to maximize a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend both TourRadar and Ben Harim Tourism for any one visiting Israel.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Booking Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
