Upon completion of her trip, the customer attempted to post a negative review and demanded a refund, despite all services being provided as described. We would like to emphasize that the local payment amount not only covers transfers but also includes all tour guide fees and essential services. In good faith and as a gesture of goodwill, Legend Travel Group refunded her US $380.00, which she acknowledged and received. After receiving the refund, she agreed to remove her negative review. However, due to a technical issue with the platform system, the review may still appear, even though the matter has been resolved.
