    Important Note for Future Customers: We would like to clarify a recent situation involving a solo traveler who joined a tour with Legend Travel Group. Upon completion of her trip, the customer attempted to post a negative review and demanded a refund, despite all services being provided as described. We would like to emphasize that the local payment amount not only covers transfers but also includes all tour guide fees and essential services. In good faith and as a gesture of goodwill, Legend Travel Group refunded her US $380.00, which she acknowledged and received. After receiving the refund, she agreed to remove her negative review. However, due to a technical issue with the platform system, the review may still appear, even though the matter has been resolved. We always strive to deliver fair value and clear communication to all our guests. For tours departing after April 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Legend Travel Group. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
