We do offer e-bikes for this tour! They are on an On Request basis, so once a deposit is placed and an e-bike is requested it may take around 2-4 business days for our local team to see if they are able to confirm an e-bike in your size. E-bikes for this trip would be $210.00 USD.

An e-bike option (at additional cost) may be available on this trip. We have limited numbers of these bikes available and they are an 'on request' basis only. A request does not guarantee an e-bike, only a confirmed booking.

Is hotel accomodation provided on the night of the 26th?

Yes, the first night of accommodation for your trip is included. The joining point hotel is: BB Hotel City Center in Florence, Italy.

Is twin accommodation included in the total cost of $3,665 per person? Will there be any Sales on in the months of September and October 2025?

The tour price listed on the website is based on twin share accommodation. Typically, our Cyber Sale starts at the end of October, which is the biggest promotion we run each year. There will also be other smaller promotions, but we cannot confirm the details until we receive an official announcement closer to the promotion period.

Can I book pre or post accommodation?

Yes, we can arrange additional accommodation depending on availability; please provide your preferred dates.

Is travel insurance mandatory for the trip?

Yes, travel insurance is compulsory for all travelers.

What kinds of bikes are available for the Tuscany bike trip

On this trip, we use a variety of 2019 bike models from the Polish bike manufacturer Kross. These models include the Evado 8.0, Hexagon 6.0, and Hexagon 7.0. All of these bikes feature an aluminium frame, front suspension, 27.5-29" wheels, 21-30 gears, and hydraulic disc brakes. An e-bike option is also available at an additional cost, subject to availability. We have limited numbers of these bikes, and they are offered on an 'on request' basis. On this trip, we offer a mix of 2019 Specialized Tero and Specialized Levo e-bikes, which are available in Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large sizes.
