    Sorry to hear you didn't get the experience you expected, however our tour guides were not late - we confirmed this with others in the group as well as hotel staff. Everything you booked with us was provided. We had 6 tour guides at the time of your stay, you met all of them in the beer tents (as did everyone else in the group, there are dozens of photos of this on our various social media pages). Luggage must not be carried up "several stairs" at the hotel Mirabell, there are exactly 3 steps to the elevator which can be avoided by going up the wheelchair ramp. We appreciate all feedback, but please keep it honest.

      The payments are handled by TourRadar, I believe they do have a payment plan for all their products. The deposit is 25% for all our tours, but the balance can be paid off in installments.
