As a travel agent, can clients make payments or is all of the money due at the time of booking?

The payments are handled by TourRadar, I believe they do have a payment plan for all their products. The deposit is 25% for all our tours, but the balance can be paid off in installments.

Is the price $1,123 for couples or individual?

All our prices are per person based on double occupancy (ie. sharing the same room). So for 2 people wanting to share the same room it would be $1,123 each. If you'd prefer a room each it will be extra per person.

The Mirabell Hotel is located approximately 8 – 10 minutes walking from the festival grounds.

Do you include beer tent reservations?

Beer tent reservations in the big tent are included at Oktoberfest and it also includes a voucher for some beer and lunch.

What is the age range of people on this tour?

The guests on this tour are of all ages from mature 18-year-olds to the young-at-heart 70+-year-olds.

Are flights included?

Flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you will need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. Sorry to hear you didn't get the experience you expected, however our tour guides were not late - we confirmed this with others in the group as well as hotel staff. Everything you booked with us was provided. We had 6 tour guides at the time of your stay, you met all of them in the beer tents (as did everyone else in the group, there are dozens of photos of this on our various social media pages). Luggage must not be carried up "several stairs" at the hotel Mirabell, there are exactly 3 steps to the elevator which can be avoided by going up the wheelchair ramp. We appreciate all feedback, but please keep it honest.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
