- Day 1
Nadi to Coral Coast
You'll land in Nadi and then transfer to your resort on the Coral Coast, which takes about an hour and a half through some nice coastal scenery and villages. After you get there, the rest of the day is open for you to settle in and relax at your own pace.

Coral Coast
Board a custom safari jet boat this morning for a river cruise up the Sigatoka River to visit a traditional Fijian village. You'll participate in a kava ceremony, walk through the village, have traditional Fijian lunch, and catch some singing and dancing before heading back. The afternoon gives you time to check out the beaches or try local food.

Coral Coast
This day is yours to spend however you like. The resort offers daily activities, or your Local Host can point you toward sightseeing, shopping, and dining options. Coral Coast - Nadi to Auckland
Transfer from the Coral Coast to Nadi Airport and fly to Auckland. You'll meet your Tour Director and other travelers at tonight's welcome briefing and dinner, officially starting the New Zealand section of your tour.

Auckland to Bay of Islands
Start with a sightseeing tour of Auckland, seeing Queen Street, Auckland Domain, and historic Parnell Village. From there, head to the Bay of Islands and visit the Waitangi Treaty House before arriving at your resort. Your admission to the Treaty House works for two days, so you can go back tomorrow if you want.

Then continue on to Wellington, New Zealand's capital.

Christchurch - TranzAlpine Train - Arthur's Pass to Franz Josef
Today you'll travel on the TranzAlpine, one of the world's great train journeys. From first-class carriages with large panoramic windows and an onboard cafe, you'll go through the Canterbury Plains and farmlands, then through spectacular gorges and the Waimakariri River. The train climbs into the Southern Alps and Arthur's Pass National Park. You'll arrive in Franz Josef, a small town at the base of the Franz Josef Glacier, where you'll stay for two nights.
