Can you tell me where the pick up and drop off locations are in Tel Aviv so that I can book my hotel nearby?

The tour starts and ends from our hostel Abraham Tel-Aviv. You can stay with us also:)

does the tour start at 6:30 at local time? does the tour can depart and return at Tel Aviv? how much cancellation fee or/and service fee if my clients cancel the tour booking?

Yes the tour starts at 6:30 but sometimes the starting hours change, depending on summer and winter time. If they book the tour from Tel-Aviv. Then yes it departs and returns to Tel-Aviv. Group Multi-Day Tours can be canceled by the customer 1 week prior to the departure via email for a full refund minus a 10% administration and payment processing fee or change of date.

I want to know which boarder this tour is passing. Because not all of the borders between Israel and Jordan offer a Visum on arrival.

We cross through the Allenby border/ King Hussein ( same border- different name)

What if I have special dietary requirements?

All of the meals include local foods to fully embrace your trip to the Middle East! Please notify your Travel Expert of any dietary requirements that you may have when booking your tour to ensure Abraham Tours can accommodate your request.

The tour is excellent once you are in Jordan and until you try to return to Israel. The trip is well laid out. The lodging, while rustic, was very good with fantastic food. Important safety tip: the resort does not serve any alcoholic beverages. If you want some wine with your dinner you will need to bring yourself. They seemed to have no problem with us drinking our own and even loaned us a corkscrew. The border crossing is a huge problem. You will waste half of the first and half of the second day just getting through the disorganized process on the Israel side.Show more

  The accommodation called Seven Wonders Bedouin Camp. Upgrade for 2 pax in a Dome = 489.6 USD. Upgrade for 2 pax in Superior Cabin = 378.38 USD. The Domes number is limited and might not be available same for the Superior Cabin. The original booking in Petra is in Shared Twin Tent, so if they are 2 persons they will share the tent together.
