The guide makes or breaks a tour and our guide Mayank was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, personable and handled everything with aplomb. You would never know that his work had been interrupted by more than two years by COVID. I was extremely impressed by his group management skills and his flexibility in handling unexpected happenings like broken windows in the bus or extensive road closures as the country prepared for Republic Day.
