On our 18-to-Thirtysomethings tours, we do not offer single-room accommodation. The accommodation is in hostels, with multi-share rooms for approximately 4–6 people. There will be restaurants and eateries in the area where you can purchase meals, and your guide will also be able to recommend suitable places to eat during the tour.

It may not be possible to upgrade, no. This tour has stays in Hostel accommodation who may not offer a private 2 person bedroom. This tour is specifically aimed at 18-30's who want to stay in dorms, an alternative option is our Classic travel style Best of Spain & Portugal, which only has hotel twin/double rooming.

While I would have liked more time in each location to see more but the introduction tours were great to get an idea of what to do if I had nothing planned. Food and activity recommendations were also great. While it was nice to do things with the group, I really liked having the ability to do things on my own without it feeling like I'm being rude to others in the group. Communication regarding group plans could be better though but that could be said of both the travelers and the CEO.Show more
