We are looking for an amazing holiday. We would like to explore Athens, Corfu and other islands in the proximity. We will fly from Zurich and back to zurich. 26 July - 10 August. 9 & 15 year old sons18 year daughter and 2 adults. Please give us a quote sleep breakfast dinner spots and sandy beaches.

1) is there an included orientation tour for Santorini? 2) the notes indicate 3 dinners are included. I see the meet and greet Day 1 has a meal and there is a meal in Santorini on Day 3. Where and when is the 3rd dinner provided? 3) are you able to accommodate 3 adults in one room?

At approximately 7 pm is the Welcome Reception on the first day and there will be an orientation in Santorini on day 3 of the trip. The third dinner would be at Mykonos on day 6 of the tour. We have triple rooms available, however, triple rooms are suitable for two adults and one child (three adults may find rooms too small as they often have one double and one foldaway bed and limited suitcase space). A triple room costs USD 5,335 per person, a twin room costs USD 5,525 per person, and a single room costs USD 7,976 per person.

What is cancelation policy?

Regarding cancellation, the penalties depend on the number of days before the trip. Generally, cancellation fees range from deposit to 100% of trip cost depending on proximity to departure date.

Would like to know if you offer a tour of The Greek Islands with a small group size of 24 or fewer?

This particular trip has a maximum of 48 guests. However, if you are a group of 9 and above, we are offering group tour with great deals, savings and exclusive private touring options available plus if you need a different date or itinerary change we can create a custom trip.

Can my 3 year old come?

We only allow 5 years old and above to be able to travel with Trafalgar.

Just wanted to know the differences between the Trafalgar Greek island hopper tour and the Costsaver Greek island explorer tour. Both companies are affiliated, both tours are 10days with exact same itinerary. I know the standard of hotels are different but wanted to know what other differences there were between the two tours

The other difference would be the included experiences and meals. Typically Costsaver has less included so guests can tailor their trip to their specific needs but we provide the hotels and transportation.

Please tell me if your price includes return flight to London?

Our prices do not include return airfare from your home base. We can however assist with quotations in this regard, if you prefer.

The tour director Anna was excellent! The actual trip was different from the advertised tour.The ferry rides without portage were physically hard on us little old ladies. The no portage info was provided only after we paid in full. Also, the ferry stops for only 5 minutes per port. Thankfully, the young fellow travelers were nice enough and helped us with our luggages. Despotiko Hotel Mykonos did not have an elevator and we were assigned on the top floor. We had to navigate 44 steps to go up and down our hotel room. There was no pot to boil water. The staff were nice enough to climb up the steps to bring us hot water for tea and coffee. There needs to be a warning of the physicality of the tour...Show more

We are sorry that you were not well informed regarding the porterage service offered on our trips at the time of your booking. On Trafalgar trips, for our guest's ease and comfort, porterage of one item per guest is included throughout the journey; however, this excludes airports, railway stations and ferries or piers. Upon arrival at each hotel, your case will be delivered to your room by a hotel porter, and our Travel Director will provide you with a red luggage tag, which helps with identification and security. You will only have to bring your hand luggage on and off the coach each day, and we recommend keeping any items you wish to access immediately in your hand baggage. We regret to learn that a particular hotel did not meet your expectations and lacked certain essential features, and we would like to apologise for any discomfort caused as a result. Such feedback allows our Product Development team the opportunity to review the standards of our chosen hotels, ensuring that the facilities and services provided are excellent. With that in mind, we will have the chance to restore your impression of our experiences in the future.
