We have three departure dates available in October for Australian Highlights tour. 06-Oct-2024 - 18-Oct-2024 with $6,195.00 per person in Twin room and $8,250.00 per person in Single room. 10-Oct-2024 - 22-Oct-2024 with $5,354.00 per person in Twin room, $5,091.00 per person in Triple room and $7,173.00 per person in Single room. Oct. 10 - Oct. 22 is Aboriginal Culture and Australian Highlights that will start in Melbourne (VIC) and ends in Cairns.

If we fly in/out of Melborne, how do we connect with the tour? How do we get back to Melborne from Sydney?

This adventure does end in Sydney. You could look at multi-city flights during your flight search. This will give you the option to select different arrival and departure airports.

Is it possible to add scuba diving to the Great Barrier Reef trip rather than snorkeling? Also, we are a group of 3 people so we will need 2 rooms. Is the advertised cost per person based on single or double occupancy? Please confirm that all flights within Australia are included and please explain what the additional upfront cost 0f $1,745 is for.

I am flexible but would prefer the October date. Might be able to make November work but it would be difficult.

What are the additional upfront costs?

The Upfont Costs are going to be the Internal Flights that are needed for the tour. The total cost for 2 travelers would come to EUR 14,220.00.

Does the tour price include the airfare?

We specialize in giving you the best tours from around the world, however the tours we offer do not include airfare and we do not book or advise on airfare. You will be responsible for booking your flights to meet with the group at the starting city. We do not recommend booking airfare before confirming your tour.   It turns out that the 08-Oct-2023 start date for Australian Highlights is not available and the earliest start date that we have is on 10-Dec-2023. The cost for a twin room is $5820 per person while a single room costs $7780 per person. Scuba diving is not available for the Great Barrier Reef trip.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before December 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Trafalgar. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Trafalgar will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
