My family of 3 enjoyed our trip to Vietnam. Hoi An Express provided clear communication daily via WhatsApp so we know in advance what to expect for the following day. We have a different tour guide in each city. Some are good with English and some struggle a bit. But all the guides were very friendly and welcoming. We visited a lot of historic places, museums, temples and UNESCO sites. I am impressed with the resilience of the Vietnamese people despite their painful past. The food in Vietnam was so good and very healthy. I can eat Vietnamese food everyday. Be careful walking the streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh as there are hardly any sidewalks and you have to share the road with motorbikes and cars. Hoi An old town was an absolute delight with all the lanterns on the streets, shopping and restaurants. The cruise in Halong Bay was also very nice. Even though our cruise boat was dated, the cruise director and friendly staff, yummy food and activities made the trip enjoyable. We did pay the extra surcharge to upgrade to 4* accommodation and all our hotels were wonderful.Show more

It was a wonderful, in the true meaning of the word, holiday experience. We came back to "mundane" Brisbane energised and revitalised. The tour organiser was superb, the hotel/ airport pick-ups were spot on and the drivers were all helpful and friendly, and we felt in safe hands. The various hotels were in good locations and far better than any anonymous 5 star hotel because they were authentic "Asian". Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 23rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 23rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Hoi An Express. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
