Very disappointed! My baggage never arrived in Turkey on Friday night. I joined the tour group on Saturday night.Tour guide rang the airline on Sunday who said they didn’t know where my baggage was. I then decided I had to return home as my medication, teeth retainer (which has to be worn nightly) my cash and another things were in my baggage. I had already missed 2 days medication and wouldn’t get to a pharmacy until Monday night. So I was unable to continue safely. Despite notifying the tour guide and your office on Sunday, you have refused me any refund. This includes 4 unused hotel nights paying the extra single supplement (Mon-Thurs) and flight from Izmir back to Istanbul on Friday. I appreciate I can’t get a refund for the tour itself but I’m sure you could have cancelled the hotels and flight and refunded me. This is most disappointing and upsetting, as if I wasn’t already stressed enough. My baggage has still not been recovered.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of $150 is required to confirm your booking with Travel Talk. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
