Yes it is a guaranteed departure but this date is on request. G Adventures has a certain number of rooms and services that are allocated toward every single departure for the groups we book. When we are within our late request period, it means we have released the spaces we are holding for the group back to our suppliers. In order to request confirmation of the tour, G Adventures requires the full payment. It generally takes 3-4 business days to receive a response. If space is available, you will be booked and confirmed on the tour, if space is not available, then we can look at alternative tours/dates, or can issue a full refund if nothing else works for you. We recommend holding off on booking flights until the trip is confirmed.

Azerbaijan Georgia Armenia custom private tour for 4 with 4-5 star lodging. Our interest is experiencing the local culture and the people, with visits to geographical and historical sites. Arrival Oct 2nd and depart Oct 14th. Please review and advise the best travel/tour plan and cost.

What are the dates and price of the Georgia and Armenia tour in mid August to late September. What is the cost of the single accommodation supplement. Are the hotels with air-conditioning

We have dates Fri, 12 Aug - Fri, 19 Aug with two spaces available currently. We also have Fri, 09 Sep - Fri, 16 Sep, with ten spaces left. This second date in September is the only one we can confirm Single Supplement, and this would be an extra cost of $679AUD. We can confirm our hotels have air-conditioning.

Will there be a lot of car driving? Also, will there be optional activities such as attending traditional music in both countries?

You can understand how long you will be driving by simply checking distances on google, this is the best way to figure this out as tour operators generally don't outline that information.With regard to optional extras, I believe everything is included in this trip, however I am sure traditional music is not something that your tour leader won't be able to help you find! Simply discuss this with him/her at the beginning of the tour.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
