After checking with our Sales and Operation team, we were notified as you wanted to cancel your 11 days before departure date. According to our Terms and Conditions which is outlined on our website, according to this there is no refund offered for cancellations less then 15 days before departure. We have also offered a name change for the tour as well as a letter to your insurance company but our team has not heard back from you. Thank you.
