The 8th of March dates can only accommodate 2 persons (seems like someone else took the 3rd spot). But we can offer the 7th of March as there is still 12 spaces left and or the 13th of March as there is 6 spaces left on that date.

What is the maximum age limit allowed on this tour? I'll be turning 51 this year and this trip fits my budget.

This tour is a part of our 18-30somethings travel style, which is only available for travellers between the ages of 18 - 39 to book onto. Our other travel styles, such as Classic, Active, National Geographic Journeys, etc., do not have any age restrictions.

Can I change days from 12 to 7 on this trip?

If you choose to shorten the tour, there will be no discount on this.

How many people are currently on the departure leaving on the 8th of October and whether there was space to book on?

The October 8th departure has 5 request spots. This tour is on request now, which means that we have released the space for our suppliers to use, if someone request the tour, we have to take full payment and our local team will go to every hotel, activity, transfer etc.. and request space, if we are able to get it secured then we will confirm, it usually takes 2 - 4 business days. So it's not guaranteed that's why it's on request.

As a solo traveller, will I have to pay for single accommodation?

If you book as a solo traveller, you will be paired with another solo traveller for hotel stays. Only nights in multi-share accommodations are exempt from single supplements.

When are the optional excursions available during the tour?

Optional excursions can be booked either in advance for select activities or through your tour guide once the tour starts. Your guide will provide details on how these fit into your itinerary.

How do I manage airport transfers for the tour?

You should enter your flight information prior to confirming transfers. This ensures that all arrangements meet your scheduling needs.

You will be back into Hanoi on day 11 of the tour usually back in around noon. The Following day you can depart at any time.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with G Adventures. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
