What is the cancellation policy?

Deposit is nonrefundable, so if you cancel prior to your full payment deadline, the deposit would essentially function as the penalty. Once we are past the full payment deadline, we charge additional fees for cancellation. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the days prior to the commencement of services in which notification of trip cancellation is received. All services on the reservation are subject to these cancellation fees. Final Payment Date – 30 days: 50%, 29 – 1 days: 80%, Day of departure or later: 100%

What happens if a traveler contracts COVID-19 just before the tour starts?

If COVID-19 is contracted within 10 days before the tour, the traveler cannot join the tour and must handle cancellations and fees through their travel insurer.

Are there any opportunities to see wine making and go to a pizza and pasta making class?

This tour does not include wine, pizza or pasta making. You can take a look at our Avalon cruises. Some of them have the activities you are looking for.

Are meals included throughout the tour?

Breakfast is included on 10 days and dinner on 4 days of the tour. Recommendations for other meals will be provided.
