My husband and I just returned from a 2-week tour in Japan by Bravo Indochina Tours. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first booking a Japan trip through an agency based in Vietnam, but Ms Rachel was so patient answering my 50 emails! The local guides in Osaka and Kyoto were fantastic. The hotel room in Tokyo was a bit small (but I guess that's normal in Japan), but it was very clean and close to the subway. We had a minor issue with our driver being 10 mins late on day 3 due to heavy traffic, but the agency updated us immediately on WhatsApp so we weren't left wondering. Great service overall, highly recommend if you want a hassle-free holidayShow more
