  The circuit was very good. The guide sometimes didn't give sufficient information and made us travel with a group that wasn't ours in Seville. The seat distribution on the bus was terrible — we always got the back seats because the group was rude and reserved seats among themselves. The guide never intervened.Show more

  Ana Teixido is such a kind and helpful tour guide.She exceeded our expectation. She knows how to deal with travelers, amazing girl. Nacho is kind a lost in some ways and needs to focus on his job. He needs improvement.Overall, he was able to finish his job. Lastly, Pedro our tour guide in Barcelona is very kind and patient with the different concerns of each travellers. He deserves an applause. Ana and Pedro were fantastic. I would recomment his tour .Show more

  In Madrid, we had a very nice expedience. We had a disappointing bus from Madrid to Barcelona. The bus has an annoying creaking sound and my family seated on the 3rd and 4th row on the right of the driver got wet especially me with water coming out of the AC. My pants were literally soaked. Our guide did not check on our condition and just asked us to move at the back. We were disappointed for the lack of sympathy.Show more

  The experience was beautiful — Spain is a place to visit many times to admire its architectural beauties, enjoy its gastronomy and meet its friendly people. Traveling with Europamundo always gives peace of mind that the logistics will be organized according to the itinerary. However, since we have traveled with Europamundo before, we have some points for improvement: our main 'guide' was more of a companion (very friendly but contributed nothing as a guide — never knew anything). Regarding the bus: no WiFi, no bathroom use allowed, and no eating allowed — long stretches were torture. The hotels: most we stayed in were very good, but the Sarai and the Praga were not great options (rooms, food service, towels). All hotels were central though. Included dinners: the first dinner was terrible with no choice — eat what was there or go hungry; the second had more options but was still limited. Lastly, one more night in Valencia should be included — several of us agreed it's a beautiful city for such little time — and Toledo should be a full-day tour.Show more

  Positive: great tour. Program is very dense but well structured. Guides were friendly and competent. Comfortable busses with skilled drivers. Not so positive: on day 3 delayed departure in Madrid, then slowly city trafficvisiting three hotels in Granada before lunch. Therefore only short time for lunch and lunch in a hurry, nonetheless late at the Alhambra with a fast and not very pleasant walking tour with too little time for fotos. Too many tourist groups in Hotel Praga. Malaga deserves more timeShow more

  The Morocco portion was very interesting from a cultural perspective for a Latin American — it's an experience I recommend. The experience was enhanced by the quality of guide Andres, who showed his great culture and vision of the Muslim world with great ethics and respect. In Spain and Portugal the guides were very limited, except guide Luis at the start of the tour in Spain, who showed quality and commitment.Show more
