Tesi the guide was good. The only criticism I have is that she gave us too many options: when some people took one option and others another, arrangements became complex. I suggest that the approach should be 'This is what we're going to do. If anybody would like to do something else, let me know'. There should not have been a big hike on the first day, when many people were still suffering from the effects of travel. Although the driver was very helpful, the air-conditioning on the bus did not work well, and the bus was very slow on the last day.Show more

I appreciate your thoughtful comments—it's helpful to know that having too many options created some logistical challenges, and your suggestion about a clearer default plan makes a lot of sense. Noted also on the first day's hike; we’ll certainly reconsider the pacing in future itineraries, especially after long travel days. I'll also pass along your comments regarding the bus—both the air-conditioning issue and the slow journey on the last day—so we can look into improvements there as well.
