This tour company is more about quantity than quality. You will see a long list of places to see/visit. 90% is on a bus you have 1.5 hour to visit like a castle, museum, etc making sure you eat and use the bathroom within that 1.5 hours Because neither are on the bus. You have multiple guides and change multiple buses. You arrive in the evenings to an hotel and up leaving by 7 am. I did not feel we had time to experience places we visited, was a race to the next stop sitting on a bus for hours and if you aren’t on the bus they leave you. Also lack of information we didn’t see a guide the first two days when I complained I got a text it’s our free day. Hotels are out of the city, I could go on and on the disappointments. It says 1-99 although it’s a rough schedule for the fit person. Language in English is minimal the company has limited English speaking and one day we had no English so we had no idea what was being said. Glorified camping across Europe best describes. You carry all your luggage so pack only essentials.Show more

Additionally, our drivers make regular restroom stops every two hours, or as needed in case of emergencies. Passengers can always request the driver to make a stop when necessary. Our guides are also readily available to assist passengers throughout the tour. It is important to note that our guides must adhere to strict schedules due to European regulations that limit the working hours of drivers. Once the allotted time is reached, the bus must come to a stop. Our guides consistently emphasize the exact departure times and meeting points to ensure that all passengers arrive punctually, minimizing any delays for the rest of the group. All our tour guides possess a minimum B2 level English fluency certificate, ensuring effective communication and assistance for our passengers. To facilitate communication and support, we provide passengers with all the necessary information to reach our office and customer service team, available 24/7, on the voucher. This enables them to seek assistance if they encounter any issues during the tour. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you while you were on the tour, which prevented us from addressing your concerns in real-time. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and value your comments as they help us continuously improve our services. Thank you for taking the time to provide your input.
