The Sahara was the part of this trip I was most curious about, but Fes ended up being just as memorable. Walking through the old medina, seeing the small shops and workshops, and getting lost in the narrow streets was a highlight in its own way. The journey between Marrakech and Fes was full of contrasts. We went from busy city streets to mountain landscapes and then the completely different atmosphere of the desert. I liked that the trip gave us time to enjoy the places instead of trying to see everything in a hurry. Our driver was friendly and reliable throughout the journey, which made the longer drives much easier. Having a private vehicle also meant we could stop for photos or breaks whenever we wanted. I’d recommend this tour if you want to combine Marrakech and Fes with a proper Sahara experience. It’s a great way to see several very different sides of Morocco in one trip.Show more
