  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Incredible Bali Experience with True Travel! I recently completed an incredible trip to Bali with True Travel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organised, the places we visited were amazing, and there genuinely wasn’t a dull moment throughout the trip. One of the biggest highlights was the variety of experiences we got to enjoy. We had the opportunity to cook traditional food with a local family, which was a fantastic way to experience the local culture. I also tried surfing for the first time, and the instructors were excellent, making the experience enjoyable and helping us feel comfortable giving something new a go. The Gili Islands were absolutely incredible, especially riding bicycles around the islands, taking in the beautiful surroundings, and enjoying a diving experience. Every destination offered something different, exciting, and memorable. The itinerary was fantastic, with a great balance of activities, cultural experiences, adventure, and relaxation. What I particularly appreciated was that everything was organised for us, while we still had plenty of free time to explore independently and do our own thing. It really was the best of both worlds — enjoying incredible experiences as a group while also having the freedom to discover places at our own pace. The food throughout the trip was excellent, and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Every place we stayed was fantastic, and some of the accommodation was among the best I have experienced on my travels. The organisation behind the entire trip made everything feel smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to our guide, G, who was outstanding throughout the journey. He was friendly, kind, approachable, interactive, and genuinely caring. He made sure everyone felt included and looked after, was always willing to help, and went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable for everyone. Having a guide who is so passionate about what he does makes such a difference, and G was a huge part of what made this experience so special. I would also like to thank Sachin and the entire True Travel team for their excellent communication and support, including arranging my pre- and post-trip accommodation. Everything was easy to organise, the team was great to deal with, and the whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Overall, True Travel delivered an outstanding experience. The destinations were incredible, the activities were exciting, the food and accommodation were excellent, and the people made the journey even more memorable. It was the perfect combination of adventure, culture, relaxation, and personal freedom. I would highly recommend True Travel to anyone considering travelling to Bali. Whether you are looking to try new activities, experience the local culture, meet great people, or simply enjoy an unforgettable holiday, they do an excellent job of bringing it all together.   The Philippines island hopper tour has been a fantastic experience, and a huge part of what made it so great was AJ. Throughout the entire 17 days together, AJ has been an absolute gent and looked after us very well. He created a relaxed and happy environment for everyone in the group. In addition to being an amazing singer (one of his many hidden talents), AJ brought an organised approach where everyone was fully aware of daily plans, he gave brilliant recommendations of things to do during free time, and he provided clear responses to queries. He is funny, charismatic, always positive, produces an infectious friendly environment, and constantly looked out for all the group members. When I lost my wallet, he paid for a taxi to return to the point where I’d dropped it, asked locals and taxi drivers in their native language to keep an eye out, took me to the tourist information point and police station to file reports, left his phone number with both, bought me a beer to calm down my anxious self and then received a call within an hour of submitting the reports to say it had been found. I was so thankful for his incredible support I insisted on buying him dinner that evening. Further, a few days ago when it was my birthday, he bought a cake and a notepad with my face professionally printed on the cover and arranged for everyone in the group to right lovely messages and the restaurant to bring the cake out. He deserves every recognition for his professionalism and kind hearted nature. I love AJ and I will miss him a lot. He is the best!Show more
