I'm very disappointed with my experience with Trafalgar. It started when I did not receive proper communication for the initial meeting point (no address) in Las Vegas. I did receive the first email only, with no instructions, 3 days before departure. The Travel Director, he failed to include me on the two subsequent emails (with address to meet) that followed with more detail/ information where to meet for the Welcome Reception dinner on the 1st day. I ended up unable to find the group and missed the Reception dinner on my first day. It is lack of organization and communications skills and a lack of consideration (especially for a solo senior traveler) specifically directed at me. I do not know why but he failed all expectations and I’m very disappointed with Trafalgar operation. At the end of trip back to Las Vegas was also delayed by 1hour from the expected time of arrival. I had other shows planned in Las Vegas due to delayed, and I had to miss and lost my money too.Show more

The guide and our driver who by the was really excellent , went our way to accommodate good experiences . Yes, we have to wake up early which makes it a little challenging but it also accommodates right timing to hit the places early in the morning .Show more

The tour was way more than we expected, especially due to Stephen McNally. His professionalism and expertise on all points along the way made this "once in a lifetime trip" the best ever. Mark Tapper, the driver, was totally professional also and made us all feel safe. The only criticism was the seats on this otherwise great looking, performing, and clean bus. For a "described luxury bus", the seats were too hard and too close together. The 4 inches of recline was a joke and the leg room was terrible, especially for a taller person like myself.Show more
