Distances on this tour vary from 35 to 56km. The tour is done on high areas, so we (people that live at sea level) need to slowly adapt to altitude. So the distances we do are not extremely long, but the effort will be considerable due to altitude and daily elevation gain. First night we sleep at 1200mts over the sea level, the second and third we stay at 2300mts over the sea level, then two nights at 2700mts and the last two nights at 2900mts over the sea level.

  I see that you do not supply bikes, are we able to hire these?

  That's correct, we don't supply bikes as some travellers bring their own bikes, and some others choose to rent them from us. So, yes you can rent them from us, we have these sizes: S, M and L.
  The rental price is 200u$ for the entire tour and we provide also the helmets.
