I am concerned mostly with the tour guides and the driving. I have had horrible dangerous experiences where drivers speed, and also use phones while driving. Can you give me some more information on what type of guides and the parameters they would be under for safety?

All of our drivers are fully licensed, professionally trained, and vetted before working with us. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for unsafe behavior, including speeding, distracted driving, or phone use while operating a vehicle. Our drivers are required to follow local traffic laws at all times and are regularly reviewed based on guest feedback and internal standards. Every vehicle used for our tours is inspected regularly to ensure it meets safety and maintenance requirements. We work only with experienced, professional guides who are trained not just in the destination, but also in guest care and safety. Before any group tour begins, we conduct in person vetting and coordination with our drivers, guides, and vehicles. If at any point something does not feel right, we encourage guests to speak up immediately, and we are always available to step in and resolve concerns quickly.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
