  My tour with Eurolatino travel service turned out to be just what I wanted. All the tours arranged by Javier were great, the hotels were lovely and in good places, walkable or a bus ride away to tour meeting places. The highlights for me were the tours — especially the Beatles magical mystery tour (rated as the most popular tour in the world, according to our wonderful guide). I was confused when I first started the 14-day adventure. I had assumed I would be with a group that went along together for the entire journey because the initial language for the included the phrase “group adventure.” But I wasn’t traveling with a group. I met lots of nice people on the individual tours, but I traveled from place to place and had breakfasts alone. Turned ou, this suited me perfectly.Show more

  Poor communication There has been a continuous lack of timely and clear communication regarding our itinerary, costs, transportation, and scheduled activities. Lack of information Important details regarding arrangements, scheduling, and additional charges have repeatedly been omitted or communicated at the very last minute, creating unnecessary stress during our travels. Constant modification of prices during the trip The pricing and costs associated with this tour have been modified multiple times while we are already traveling. This is highly inappropriate considering that the tour was fully paid in advance. Repeated and unjustified additional charges From the very beginning, we specifically requested and paid for: PRIVATE tours and paid upgrade for 4* Hotels as well as Additional costs for private rooms Despite this, Javi continues charging us extra for “private tours” in each city we visit, even though those services were already requested and fully paid for months ago. Furthermore, we have repeatedly requested a detailed breakdown and explanation of the additional expenses being charged. In response, we already provided a complete and organized expense sheet clearly showing: Original tour costs Additional private room costs Additional private tour costs already paid Despite our numerous requests, as of today we still have not received a proper accounting or clear rundown of the charges. Constant itinerary changes Our itinerary has been changed repeatedly throughout the tour, often with little or no prior notice. We have tried to remain patient, flexible, and understanding despite these continuous disruptions. Most importantly, I would like to emphasize that this was NOT a last-minute request on our part: We booked the tour on March 5, 2026 We paid the FULL amount, including all additional private tour costs, on March 27, 2026 Therefore, there is absolutely no justification for these ongoing last-minute modifications, unexpected charges, or claims that private services were not included.Show more

  Since the beginning of this trip, we have experienced ongoing issues that have caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and unexpected expenses. Our concerns include: 1. Poor communication during both the planning and execution of the tour. 2. Lack of clear and timely information regarding schedules, transportation, accommodations, and itinerary changes. 3. Repeated attempts to modify pricing after all arrangements and payments had already been finalized. 4. Constant requests for additional payments without proper documentation or justification, despite our repeated requests for a detailed breakdown of charges. Most importantly, from the beginning we specifically requested and paid for PRIVATE tours. On March 27, 2026, we paid the full balance, including additional fees for private arrangements. The costs paid included: * Original tour price: $2,686 USD per person * Private tour upgrade: $3,527 USD per person * Train transportation: $229.26 USD per person (4 travelers) * Single occupancy supplement: $943.08 USD for 2 travelers Despite these payments, Mr. Javier has repeatedly attempted to charge us additional fees for private tours in each city visited, even though these services were already paid for months in advance. We also provided a detailed expense sheet comparing the original agreed costs and all additional amounts already paid. In addition, there have been constant itinerary changes, often with little or no notice, negatively affecting our travel experience. Although we requested a detailed and transparent accounting of all charges, we have yet to receive one. Throughout this process, we have remained patient, cooperative, and understanding despite the disorganization, last-minute changes, and ongoing unexpected charges. We chose TourRadar based on previous positive experiences, which makes this situation especially disappointing.Show more
