- Day 1
Khiva
You'll arrive in Urgench this morning and get transferred to Khiva. After checking in early at your hotel, you'll have time to relax before meeting your guide at 11:00 for a tour of Ichan-Kala fortress. The walking tour covers UNESCO-listed sites like madrasahs, minarets, and the Juma Mosque. Following lunch at a local restaurant, you'll continue to Tash-Khovli Palace, Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum, and the tall Islam-Khoja Minaret. Dinner wraps up your first day.

Khiva to Bukhara
You're heading out at 09:00 toward Bukhara on the historic Kyzylkum Desert route, the path that connected ancient Silk Road traders. Along the way you'll stop to see desert landscapes and the Amu Darya River before grabbing lunch at a local spot. By 16:00 you'll reach Bukhara and visit Sitorai Mohi-Khosa, the old summer palace of the last Emir that mixes Oriental and Russian design. Check in at your hotel, have dinner, and settle in for the night.

- Day 3
Bukhara
Starting at 09:00, you'll do a full Bukhara city tour with your guide. You'll see the Labi Hauz Complex and its three big buildings, check out historic madrasahs like Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, and find the old Magoki-Attori Mosque. The Trading Domes let you walk through historic markets selling currency, books, carpets, and jewelry. After lunch, you'll head to the Poi Kalon Complex, then visit the Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, and several mausoleums before dinner.

Bukhara to Samarkand
You'll depart at 09:00 heading to Samarkand, passing through Mitan village to see everyday Uzbek life. At Ghijduvan you'll stop at a UNESCO ceramic workshop where master craftsman Alisher Narzullaev shows traditional pottery techniques. From there it's on to the old Rabat-i-Malik caravanserai and the Sardoba water reservoir. Lunch happens in Mitan village with a local family where you'll try traditional bichaks and plov, and can help cook if you'd like. After exploring the village, you'll transfer to Samarkand for dinner.

Samarkand
You'll start at 09:00 with a guided tour hitting Samarkand's main sites. First up is the Gur-Emir Mausoleum where Tamerlane is buried, followed by Registan Square with its three grand madrasahs. After lunch you'll walk through the impressive Bibi Khanim Mosque and browse the busy Siyab Bazaar. Then comes the Shakhi Zinda Necropolis with its turquoise-tiled mausoleums. Tip: consider heading back to Registan Square after dinner to see it lit up at night.

Samarkand
You're continuing your Samarkand exploration at 09:00 with stops at the Ulugbek Observatory, which held a remarkable medieval astronomical instrument. Next is the Mausoleum of Saint Daniel, an interfaith sacred site with real cultural significance. You'll then visit the Afrosiab Museum to learn about ancient Samarkand through its archaeological collection. After lunch you'll head to Konighil village to see a traditional paper mill making handmade paper using old methods. You'll have free time before dinner on your last evening.
