Itinerary
- Day 1
Dublin
You'll arrive in Dublin and get settled into your city center accommodation. After checking in, the rest of the day is yours to spend however you like. Walk around the streets on your own, or if you prefer some guidance, join a walking tour to get oriented. The Guinness Storehouse at St. James' Gate Brewery is worth fitting in if you can, especially if you want to try a pint at the Gravity Bar with views across the city.

- Day 2
Dublin to Cork
Pick up your rental car in the morning and head south toward Cork. On the way, stop at the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary to check out the medieval buildings stacked on top of a limestone rock. The site has centuries of history, and you can walk around the ruins and take in the views. After that, continue driving to Cork and settle in for the afternoon.

Cork to Killarney
The drive from Cork to Killarney takes you through mountainous terrain in County Kerry. Once you arrive and check in, you've got options for exploring Killarney National Park, Ireland's oldest. Walk or bike around to see the three lakes, or visit Muckross Abbey and Ross Castle if you're into historic sites. If you're feeling adventurous, you can kayak or take a boat tour on Lough Leane later in the day.

- Day 4
Killarney - Ring of Kerry
Today you'll drive the Ring of Kerry, a famous scenic route that loops through the area with coastal views, beaches, lakes, and little villages along the way. The landscape changes from mountains to water constantly. If you want something more active, the Derrynane Mass Path Loop Walk is a moderate 9km hike through Derrynane National Park with views of the beach and historic Derrynane House, though it's optional and depends on how much time you want to spend driving versus hiking.

Killarney to Dingle
Head west to the Dingle Peninsula, Europe's westernmost point. Along the drive, you'll pass the Gallarus Oratory and see ancient beehive huts scattered across the landscape. Stop at Slea Head for the views before driving into the coastal town of Dingle for the night. The peninsula has a real edge-of-the-world feel, and the town itself has character and good restaurants for dinner.

Dingle to Galway
Leave Kerry and drive north along the coast toward Galway. The main stop is the Cliffs of Moher, which rise dramatically from the water and separate the Wild Atlantic Way from the Burren region. You can walk along the cliff-top paths to see them from different angles, or take a boat trip if you want to experience them from the water. Either way, bring a windbreaker because it gets breezy up there.

Galway
Spend the day in Galway checking out the colorful streets and trying local food. The city has plenty of historic sites to tour, and it's got a relaxed vibe different from Dublin. Later in the day, you'll head back toward Dublin or Dublin Airport for your final night in Ireland, so factor in driving time depending on where you're sleeping.

Dublin to Dublin Airport
Make your way to Dublin Airport and fly out of Ireland. Depending on your flight time, you might have a few hours in the morning to grab breakfast or do last-minute shopping, but the focus is getting to the airport for your departure.
