- Day 1
Santiago de Compostela
You'll arrive at your hotel in Santiago de Compostela on your own. Get settled in, then have dinner and spend the night there.

- Day 2
Santiago to Vigo
After breakfast, head into the Rías Baixas region to see why locals call it the Spanish Fjords. You'll stop on La Toja Island for a bit, then reach O Grove where there's an option to join a catamaran cruise out to oyster and mussel farms. If you go, you'll get fresh mussels and Ribeiro wine tasting included. After that, it's on to Vigo where you have free time to walk around and check things out. There's also an optional trip to Santa Tecla if you're interested.

Vigo to León
Following breakfast, you'll travel inland toward Castilla y León and arrive in León, a historic city with a gorgeous Gothic cathedral and a nice old quarter to wander through. You get free time to explore on your own before heading to dinner and settling in for the night.

- Day 4
León to Madrid (via Salamanca)
After breakfast, head to Salamanca for a quick stop to check out the beautiful old town and its famous Baroque-style Plaza Mayor. Then continue on to Madrid for the night.

- Day 5
Madrid - Córdoba - Seville
After hotel breakfast, the drive takes you through the La Mancha plains toward Córdoba. Once you arrive, there's a guided tour covering the Mosque-Cathedral and the Jewish Quarter with its atmospheric narrow streets. Then you'll head to Seville for dinner and an overnight stay.

- Day 6
Seville
This morning includes a sightseeing tour of Seville hitting María Luisa Park, Plaza de España, and the Cathedral exterior with La Giralda bell tower. The Santa Cruz district has charming streets and flower-filled squares worth walking through. In the afternoon, you can either take an optional Guadalquivir River cruise for some nice views or head to the Maestranza bullring. By evening, there's an optional flamenco show if you want to experience some Andalusian culture.

Seville to Granada
After breakfast, travel to Granada for a guided tour of major sites including the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens. If you're interested, there's an optional evening trip to the Sacromonte caves where you can catch a traditional gypsy flamenco performance.

- Day 8
Granada to Toledo to Madrid
After breakfast, head to Toledo, known as the Imperial City and basically a living museum of Spanish history. Later, after lunch, you'll get a panoramic view from Mirador del Valle followed by a guided walk through the old town with its winding streets and historic landmarks. Then it's on to Madrid where the tour ends.
