Seoul
You'll arrive at Incheon International Airport where your driver meets you for the transfer to your hotel. From there, the rest of the day is yours to do what feels right, whether that's resting after your flight, walking around the neighborhood, or getting settled in and familiar with your surroundings.

Seoul
After breakfast, you'll meet your guide at the hotel lobby for a full day exploring Seoul. You'll check out Changdeok Palace and its UNESCO gardens, then head to Gwangjang Market, Korea's oldest traditional market, to browse around. Next comes the National Museum of Korea, and later you'll see the striking Byeolmadang Library at COEX Mall. The day wraps up with sunset views from N Seoul Tower looking out over the city.

Seoul - Korean Folk Village - Mt. Songnisan National Park - Daegu
After breakfast and checking out, you'll head to the Korean Folk Village open-air museum to walk through 18th-19th century traditional Korean homes and see how people lived. Then you'll travel to Mt. Songnisan National Park to visit Beopjusa Temple, which is UNESCO-listed, and see Korea's tallest Buddha statue. By evening, you'll drive to Daegu on the expressway for your overnight stay there.

Daegu - Gyeongju
Your morning starts in Daegu exploring the Yangnyeongsi Museum of Oriental Medicine in the centuries-old herbal market, followed by a stroll through Seomun Market where things get pretty lively. You'll then travel to Gyeongju, known as the 'Museum Without Walls' and home to the ancient Silla Kingdom. After traditional tea at a local café, you'll see the Cheomseongdae Observatory, Royal Tumuli Park, and an excavated royal tomb before settling in for the night in Gyeongju.

Gyeongju - Busan
Starting in Gyeongju, you'll visit the UNESCO-listed Bulguksa Temple and the 8th-century Buddha statue at Seokguram Grotto with views of the sea. Then you'll travel to Busan, the coastal city, where you'll explore Haedong Yonggungsa Temple sitting along rocky shores, relax at Haeundae Beach, walk through Dongbaekseom Island's pine groves, and end your day at Nurimaru APEC House for panoramic views of the bay.

You'll start at Gamcheon Culture Village, known for its colorful streets and murals, then head to Songdo Beach to soak up the sun and try the cable car over the water. Next is Jagalchi Fishery Market for local flavor, followed by BIFF Square and Nampodong Shopping Street. The day finishes with a trip up Busan Tower in Yongdusan Park for sweeping city views before your overnight stay.

Busan - Mt. Gayasan National Park - Haeinsa Temple - Andong - Chungju
You'll drive to Mt. Gayasan National Park and Haeinsa Temple, where you'll see the Tripitaka Koreana, over 80,000 carved wooden printing blocks from the Goryeo Dynasty. After that, you'll head to Andong to visit Hahoe Folk Village, a UNESCO World Heritage site with centuries-old houses and traditional mask dance performances. The evening takes you to Chungju for your overnight stay.

Chungju - Temple Stay
After breakfast and checking out, you'll enjoy a scenic cruise on the lake. Then you'll travel to a temple, either Samhwasa, Woljeongsa, or Shinheungsa depending on what's available. You'll change into temple attire, learn temple etiquette, have a simple vegetarian dinner, get a guided tour of the grounds, and join the evening Buddhist ceremony. You'll sleep in traditional Korean-style rooms with floor mattresses.

There's an optional 3:00 AM morning worship service if you're interested. After breakfast, you'll head to Goseong and the DMZ Unification Observatory to see toward Mount Geumgangsan in North Korea. You'll explore the DMZ Museum to learn about the area's history and ecology, then travel to Sokcho's Daepo Harbor and Fish Market for fresh seafood and local specialties. The night is spent in the Mt. Seorak area near Sokcho.

Mt. Seorak National Park - Gapyeong - Seoul
You'll spend the day exploring Mt. Seorak National Park, walking through rugged peaks and dense forests with sparkling streams. You'll visit Shinheungsa Temple and take a cable car up to Gwongeumseong Fortress for mountain views. After that, you'll travel to Gapyeong's Garden of Morning Calm, a mountain-valley spot with vibrant wildflowers and unique trees. Then it's time to transfer back to Seoul.
