  On the last day of the standard itinerary (Day 6) the title announces a visit to Galle, but it's not referred in the description. What is planned for that day? I'm wondering if one of the extra nights, could actually be in the south coast close to the beach (not Galle though, as I will be there on the previous week working), maybe Mirissa or any other place with a beautfiful beach?

  I would prefer a group tour, rather than a private one, independently of the rate. Is there a chance this tour starting on the 15th February has already a group that I could join, making it much more affordable this way, but still profitable for you?

  Regarding the 15th February departure, at the moment we don't yet have a confirmed group running on that date. On Tourradar, group departures form once multiple travelers book the same start date, so until that happens, the tour operates on a private or semi-private basis. We can check and monitor whether other travellers are likely to join the 15th February departure and keep you informed. If your dates are flexible by a day or two, we can see if another nearby departure has a higher chance of becoming a group tour. Alternatively, we can look at simplifying the itinerary to bring the cost closer to a group-tour range, while keeping the experience comfortable.

  To be fully transparent, a budget of £1,000–£1,200 is achievable only on a group-tour basis, with a simplified itinerary and budget to mid-range accommodation. This would be quite different from the semi-luxury/private version we discussed earlier. At the moment, we are checking whether enough interest comes together to run a group on those dates.

For tours departing after May 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking with Panoramic Tour & Travels. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
