Our experience with TourRader was great. Even before our trip Paul was readily available to answer all my questions. They were very flexible, I did not think I would be able to climb Cotopaxi. Our tour guide was able to develop an alternative day. It was one of the best of our 4 week trip. At the end of our tour we found ourselves we hour between flights. Paul was able to find us a guide to tak us around. The second part of our trip we spent in the Yasuni National Park were we saw a great variety of animals and flora. We really appreciated that we were able to stay in the Kichwa Aňague Community and learn about their culture. Knowing that they are using ecotourism to help preserve their culture as well as the rainforest made us feel good about spending our vacation with them. The lodge, food and staff including the guides were great. On this trip we always felt we were being cared for even with multiple flights and boat rides. To top it off I had left my hat in a guides car. I had it returned to me before we flew home.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Authentic Ecuador. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Authentic Ecuador will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
