Arrival
Your guide meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel. From there, you'll have the rest of the day to settle in and recover from travel.

Panama City
After an early breakfast, you'll spend the full day with your guide checking out Panama City's main sites. The day includes walking through Casco Viejo to see historic churches and galleries, then heading to Panama la Vieja's ruins. Later you'll watch ships pass through the Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal, and finish with a walk along Calzada de Amador before returning to your hotel.

Anamuya Mountains
You'll head into the Anamuya mountains for a day with trained squirrel monkeys and zipline work. The course has 18 platforms and 12 lines strung across the tropical landscape and forest, all with an expert guide leading the way.

Landmarks Anamuya Mountains - Day 4
Taboga Island
A 10-hour eco-tour takes you out to Taboga Island, a volcanic island in the Gulf of Panama known locally as the Island of Flowers. Once there, you can walk the beaches, swim in the water, snorkel, fish, or look for whales while your guide explains the local ecosystem and wildlife.

Landmarks Taboga Island - Day 5
Chagres River & Emberá Village
You'll travel into the jungle around the Chagres River to visit an Emberá village. An hour-long paddle in traditional hand-carved canoes gets you there, and then you'll experience the community's music and dances. Your guide will teach you about the plants used for medicine, the biodiversity of the area, and spiritual traditions, and you can join village women in making palm baskets.
