  Can you adjust the program to make sure the group is in Luxor on August 2, 2027, which is the main eclipse day? Can you organize private groups of different sizes?

    Yes, we can adjust the program to make sure the group is in Luxor on August 2, 2027, which is the main eclipse day. We can also prepare the trip with different arrival options depending on the group's preferred pace, budget, and travel style. Regarding availability, we can organize private groups of different sizes, from small groups to larger groups. However, as this is the eclipse period, availability for hotels, Nile cruises, and services in Luxor will be very limited. For this reason, we strongly recommend securing the arrangements as early as possible.

For a group of 30 or more fully paying travelers, the tour leader will receive the complete land package free of charge. These benefits apply to one tour leader and are subject to the same accommodation arrangements, itinerary, and services confirmed for the group. International flights, visas, personal expenses, optional activities, and any services not included in the group package will remain at the tour leader's own expense.

    At USD 9,150 per person, it's unfortunately well beyond our budget for this group. Is there any flexibility on the price, or is there another package or option you could offer that would make it more affordable?

    I completely understand your concern regarding the price. As you know, the 2027 Total Solar Eclipse is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and demand is expected to be extremely high. Thousands of travelers are already planning their trips, while accommodation availability—especially in Luxor and along the eclipse path—is very limited. That said, we would be happy to redesign the package and see where we can reduce the cost. We also have a shorter 8-day itinerary that may better fit your budget: Day 1 (27 July): Arrival in Cairo. Day 2: Visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Overnight in Cairo. Day 3: Explore Old Cairo. Overnight in Cairo. Day 4: Early morning transfer to Hurghada. Check in to your hotel and overnight. Day 5: Free day to relax in Hurghada. Day 6 (1 August): Transfer to Luxor, visit the main highlights, and overnight in Luxor. Day 7 (2 August): Experience the Total Solar Eclipse, then travel back to Cairo. Day 8 (3 August): Departure.

    Our target budget is a maximum of USD 1,200 per person in a single room, and we would like this price to include all entrance fees to the sightseeing attractions mentioned in the itinerary. We understand that accommodation during the eclipse period is very limited, so we are open to adjusting the itinerary if necessary, as long as we can stay within this budget while still being in Luxor for the total solar eclipse on August 2.

    Unfortunately, USD 1,200 per person is currently not enough to cover the accommodation cost alone for a two-night stay in Luxor during the total solar eclipse period, even on a shared double-room basis. Hotel rates have increased significantly because of the exceptional demand for this once-in-a-lifetime event. At the moment, the lowest package we can offer is approximately USD 4,500 per person in a shared double room for a 6-day program staying in a 3-star or boutique hotel. This package includes the eclipse event and the sightseeing program. Day 1: Arrival in Cairo. Meet and assist at the airport, then transfer to your hotel. Day 2: Visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum. In the evening, travel to Luxor by deluxe coach. Day 3: Full-day tour of Luxor, including Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Valley of the Kings. Overnight in Luxor. Day 4: Attend the total solar eclipse event. After the event, travel back to Cairo by deluxe coach. Day 5: Free day in Cairo. Day 6: Transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight.

Getting inside the great pyramid during the visit is the pyramids is available with extra tickets 35$ pp. If you mean the Visiting the forbidden hall of the Sphinx needs specific permission, with extra fees, but during the pyramids tour you will see the great Sphinx and the Temple of valley.

    How many chambers do you get to visit inside the great pyramid? We definitely would want to do the Abu Simbel excursion but I saw there's an hot air balloon ride option? Is that possible and where would that be?

    During the working hour with poplin the royal one and the grand gallery, but if you are interested to visit the all chambers, including the well and the queen chamber, we arrange it after the working hour with special permission with cost 3500 USD for 2 persons for 2 hours. Abu Simbel is and optional which you can add during the process of booking the tour package and pay upon arrival to Egypt, the same for the hot air balloon.

    On 9th Jan we have confirmed 4 bookings right now. As it is a group tour, and the transfer is shared, you will need to follow the group and transferred back to the hotel in the same time with your group, but we will ensure that you enjoy your visit in the museum
